The activities, property and affairs of the Corporation shall be conducted and all corporate powers shall be exercised by and under the direction of its Board of Directors, who may exercise all such powers of the Corporation and do all such lawful acts and things as are required or permitted by statute, or by the Articles of Incorporation, or by these Bylaws, and the laws of this state.

Office Staff

KOOP's Office Staff runs the day-to-day operational activities of the station and ensures funding, continuity and future operations.


General Manager:  Open

The General Manager runs the day-to-day operations of the station in addition to organizing and obtaining operational financing and other station opportunities.  This position is currently open, with the Board of Directors leading a search and selection effort. 

Development Coordinator: Cynthia McFarlin

Cynthia handles promotions, sponsorship, benefits, and other financial and community promotional opportunities.

Volunteer Coordinator: Max Yancy

Max ensures team leaders and volunteers get the information they need and are in position to keep critical station functions running.

Financial Assistant: Charlie Martin

Charlie supports bookkeeping and related activities for the station.
