| Description | News and Public Affairs (NPA) Quarterly Reports must be in the public file by the 10th of the month after each quarter. FAILURE TO REPORT this information on time MAY RESULT IN SUSPENSION. This is an FCC REQUIREMENT for our public inspection file. If you are a programmer of record for an NPA show, you must file this report with the Executive Director by 2 business days the 10th of the month following each quarter (Jan-Mar, Apr-Jun, Jul-Sep, Oct-Dec). The Executive Director can provide the format (a simple list of community topics discussed, guests interviewed, and corresponding dates and times).
