KOOP is proud to announce our new Winter 2012 schedule (running through April 2013). Help us to welcome our new programmers and programs, just added to the KOOP Schedule.

Clearly Unfocused: a random selection of musical styles with facts from movies, video games, bands and whatever catches interest
Dear Lady Twist: playing music for the ageless who want to dance NOW – Jitterbug, twist, waltz, calypso, funky chicken, two-step, slow stuff, salsa, whatever...
Free Samples: exploring the art-form of sampling by showcasing deep-cut original sample material, and celebrating the tracks that flipped them
The Global Wanderer: featuring informative talk, analysis, and interviews with experts in travel, culture, education, business and politics on all things international
The Land of Rhythm & Pleasure: Vintage American pop music from the 30's through the 70's
The OUTlander Project: Music by out LGBTQ artists from Austin and beyond
Voice of Homeless America: Exploring the phenomenon of American homelessness through studio and field interviews with homeless persons, advocates, and policymakers.
We also have a few shows that shifted around on the schedule, so we highlight them here in case you're looking around for them...
As happens, unfortunately, we are also sadly saying goodbye to a few programs as well – at least for now:
We will miss them, as we know you will, too, and we appreciate all that our volunteer programmers do at KOOP – volunteering, programming, and otherwise.
