Reflections of Community Outreach, ROCO, is proud to host Linda Phan, Executive Director of the Asian Family Support Services of Austin, AFSSA.  She will explain why such an ethnically specific organization is necessary in Austin and how it is working to promote healthy, abuse-free Asian communities in Central TX.
