The Singer and the Song welcomes longtime Austin singer/songwriter and environmental troubadour, Bill Oliver. People United presents coverage of a panel on homelessness, featuring mostly voices of those that have experienced it.  Heidi Sloan of the Austin Democratic Socialists of America moderated the panel, which also included David Wittie, Walter Moreau, Sharae Walker, James Mosley, and Seneca Savoie.
