A few weeks ago, I signed on with Austin's Meals on Wheels and More as a substitute driver. It's a volunteer gig and as it turns out, Meals on Wheels need LOTS more volunteer substitute drivers. That's why we invited Meals on Wheels CEO and Vice President of Communications to share the Meals on Wheels story. I'm Michael A. This week on Another Bottle Down, Wednesday 2:30-3pm, Mark Rashap will be interviewing Vilma Mazaite, wine director at LaV in Austin.  Vilma is an accomplished sommelier, having achieved the Advanced Sommelier title with the Court of Master Sommeliers, and has worked beside some of the most recognized Somms in the US.  Join us to talk about her philosophy in crafting one of Austin's best wine lists as well as all of the cool events she organizes at LaV.

Reflections Of Community Outreach, ROCO, recognizes the Stonewall Celebration Event with a discussion of Pansexuality.  Jacki OH, Co-Host of KOOP’s award winning LGBT radio show, The Outcasts, will lead a conversation with Megan E. On The Austin Artists Show, we will have a conversation with Nicole Chism Griffin of the Contemporary Austin and Hannah Zurko Associate Educator for Teen Programs, as well as two teen artist/mentor groups. We will also hear about their exciting family Art events calendar at Laguna Gloria.

Suzanne Monroe will be in the studio to talk about her Music, Inspiration, play a song or two, and talk about her upcoming CD release and Live Performance .
